Loaded up the free trial and I only got 3 options in the menu and it’s telling me I need to upgrade when I have already purchased the pre order weeks ago.

They said they’re aware of it and it’s been reported many times, and they’re working on trying to fix it, couldn’t give me a timeline, no fix for it currently
How do you put a case in?
I’m having this exact issue. I have had EA play for years and usually the trial will work. I have pre-ordered the game as well and it will not let me get past any of these screens.
