9 hours agoHey — sorry to hear about the trouble with your game on your console. Here are a few things worth trying:
1) Do a full logout / re-sync
- Fully close FC 26 on PS5 (don’t leave it suspended in Rest Mode).
- If you use the Web App/Companion App, log out of that as well.
- Stay logged out for about 30 minutes.
- Then launch FC 26 on the PS5 first and try going into Ultimate Team again.
2) Clear the PS5 cache and rebuild the database
- Power the PS5 off completely (not Rest Mode).
- Hold the power button for around 7 seconds until you hear the second beep to boot into Safe Mode.
- Plug the controller in with a USB cable.
- Choose Clear Cache and Rebuild Database, then run Rebuild Database.
3) Restore your licenses
- Go to Settings - Users and Accounts - Other - Restore Licenses
- Once that finishes, relaunch FC 26 and try FUT again.
4) Delete temporary/corrupted in-game files (only if you can reach the menus)
- From the FC main menu go to Settings - Profile - Delete
- Remove the temporary/corrupt files (don’t delete Career saves if you want to keep them).
- Restart the game and test Ultimate Team again.
