Theres no error code for me as i gotten the same issue, i have installed, downloaded C-+++, Verified, clear cache and what not.

Please also try configuring a new admin account on your PC by following this Microsoft guide; it might help us isolate the problem.
In the meantime, have you already tried a clean boot, closing all other background applications, including overlay programs, unplugging any USB devices you don't need to play the game, and checking that the secure boot is active?
i tried teh stuff you said, i'll try making another admin account on my pc
EA_Claus Nope, didnt work as well. Just to note it somehow already had my apps and **bleep** installed (which i dont think is suppose to happen)
