Yes, I finally got some real progress! I reached out to a dedicated advisor today and confirmed that the technical team officially started an 'Account Rebuild' for me on March 9th. They found an 'Account-scoped corruption' in my cloud metadata that was causing the data mismatch."
"They are currently in the final staging/verification phase. I was instructed to wait 24 hours for the new data to sync across the servers and then perform a fresh cloud sync by clearing my local settings. I’ll be testing the game tomorrow night (KST). If you’re still stuck, I highly recommend pushing them to check your internal logs for any 'Data Mismatch' on the server side!
