FC 26 Gameplay Issue Despite Low Ping on Specific PS5 Account

Dear EA Support Team,

I am facing a gameplay issue while playing FC 26 on one specific account. EA ID : SWAT_NaEl

My ping is consistently below 25 ms. Sometimes there is noticeable input delay, but even when there is no visible delay, my players do not sprint or dribble properly. The gameplay feels sluggish and heavy, and player responsiveness is inconsistent.

I have multiple accounts logged in on the same PS5, using the same console, network, and settings. This issue occurs only on this particular account, while the other accounts perform normally.

Kindly check if there is any backend, matchmaking, or account related issue affecting gameplay performance on this account.
