FC 26 Gameplay Issue Despite Low Ping on Specific PS5 Account

Dear EA Support Team,

 

I am facing a gameplay issue while playing FC 26 on one specific account. EA ID : SWAT_NaEl

 

My ping is consistently below 25 ms. Sometimes there is noticeable input delay, but even when there is no visible delay, my players do not sprint or dribble properly. The gameplay feels sluggish and heavy, and player responsiveness is inconsistent.

 

I have multiple accounts logged in on the same PS5, using the same console, network, and settings. This issue occurs only on this particular account, while the other accounts perform normally.

 

Kindly check if there is any backend, matchmaking, or account related issue affecting gameplay performance on this account.

    I have this same issue and I think it happens to me on Madden as well. Been dealing with this since fc25 man and I just don’t get it. I’ve tried looking for any reason why this happens and I can’t find anything. Please post if you find a solution. EA DEVS AND SUPPORT please look into this issue because it is very frustrating that we can’t EA games because of this.

    I am having the same issue. Unfortunately I only have one account. I have my input overlay  (on-screen gamepad) turned on.

    Lately, I can barely play a complete game normally before I start feeling the unplayable input delay and unresponsiveness in tackles. Now, a key confirmation that this craziness is not in my head is that; either in that match or the next, my on-screen gamepad typically disappears. When it does, the gameplay becomes even worse. I once bottled a 5 goal lead within 15 minutes because of this. And my Ping was 4ms!!!!!!!! 

    EA support, please what is going on? I’m losing my mind
