When i load up fc 26 and it connects to the services but after that the screen is all grey and i cant do anything but when i load up the game but i cancel connecting to services at the start then it works but i cant play Ultimate team and when i try to go into UT it says that title update is required and that i can re-launch the game and accept it but when u re-launch i get the same proble.

If possible, please also share a screenshot or short clip showing the grey screen and what happens just before it appears. That should give us a better idea of what’s going on and what to try next.

I play on pc,The game is fully updated,i use wired connection/ethernet,yes it happens every time,i tried restarting the system and reinstalling the game, i also tried launching with a diferent profile still shows the same

The first step I'd try in this case is creating a new personal settings file. You can do that on the loading screen. If you get the same error with the new personal settings file, please try a Clean Boot. The Clean Boot will disable all other background apps, which will help us determine whether another program may be conflicting with the game and causing this issue.
If none of these steps work, please provide a DxDiag.
