FC 26 is a Complete Disaster , Input Lag, Slow Motion, FPS Drops Everywhere

I honestly don’t even know what’s going on with FC 26 anymore. This game is unplayable.

Here’s what I’ve been dealing with since day one:

Random input lag that comes and goes like it owns the place. Sometimes it’s fine, then suddenly it feels like I’m playing underwater.

FPS drops out of nowhere , I’m talking 5 to 10 frames per second on a setup that should handle this game easily.

The game randomly goes into slow-motion mode for no reason at all. It’s not connection-related, not hardware-related, just pure nonsense.

If by miracle the input lag disappears, it stays fine for about 3 minutes before going crazy again.

I’ve literally tried everything:

Every single in-game graphics combination possible.

Every video on YouTube about NVIDIA control panel settings.

VSync on, off, frame rate limited, unlimited nothing makes a difference.

I’ve spent hours tweaking, restarting, reinstalling, testing… and still the same garbage experience.

This is not acceptable. I paid for this game expecting at least basic playability, and it’s been almost a month with no proper fix or acknowledgment.

My specs:

RTX 3050 Ti (Laptop)

Ryzen 5 5600H

16 GB RAM

Please, EA, fix this mess. It’s beyond frustrating at this point.

💯💯. We are very stupid for keep buying this game . I am going through the exact same thing you mentioned . Everything you said is just right on point . Why would a company rolled out a game like this ? And sell it to the public . I can’t wait for FIFA to bring out their game . It seems EA don’t care because there is no competition on the market . This is really not good for mental health .

The game was near perfect when it came out then they decided nope they will change it to this crap . I am beginning to think EA enjoys this . The only way they will take us serious is not to buy anymore . When their sales get hit , they will take it as a serious feedback . Ridiculous bunch !!

I am experiencing the same thing as you and its horrible. I can't even play one game because i have a couple seconds input delay and its frustrating.
All of us pay 60 usd/euro almost every year for a game that is 90% the same thing as last year and somehow there are problems never seen before that shouldn't even exist for a company as big and known as EA . Sorry to say but this game isn't worth even 50 cent.
I don't even understand what EA did but if there was a refund option they would have lost all their PC players.

I upgraded my 16GB RAM to 32GB and now the performance is marvelous but it is left with graphics settings resetting randomly which I think the developers needs to fix it

I'm having the same problem and can't seem to fix it. I've tried everything, too. I hope an update will fix something. It seems to be a PC gamer-only issue. If anyone finds a solution, please let me know. Thanks so much and have a great day.

I know yall are on pc and Im on console but its not any better on console as Im in Florida and only playing people in Central America so my normal ping of 20 ish now sits around 40-50 and jumps for 1/3 of the game to 100+ and although I dont believe my ping to be real as even in that 40 range it still feels like I have a half a second delay for half the game and a 1/3 of a second delay for the rest
