FC 26 Main Technical Error and Incomplete Game Given

Despite initially purchasing FC 26 from Steam, I can't access the Announcer Content. Despite enabling Announcer Support in Settings when entering any game type, the game doesn't have an Announcer, and I purchased this game. If this issue isn't resolved, I will file a complaint with Consumer Rights. I'm also encountering many more technical glitches in the game, and I believe the game I was given is faulty.
