FC 26 Missing pre-order content from Steam

haven't received the pack of legendary player yet

I have the same issue. I bought it from Steam pre-order and no points, icon pick or evo slot. What is EA doing. I raised a case and theuy resolved it when nothing is resolved.

guys I chatted with a customer care support and they said it will be available when global game launch. Then why i have I paid for pre ordering. What's the point? I think this issue is affecting PC users en masse. What is EA doing about it. So disappointing but expected. Absolute rubbish.

Hey everyone. I wanted to share some additional information about the pre-order content. Here’s how it works and what you can do if it’s missing.

• Check your Steam library — content should show up next to the Play button. Make sure to claim ultimate edition content by clicking on it. 
• If it’s not there, try:
  • Restarting the game and your PC
  • Checking for Steam/game updates
  • Making sure you’re logged into the account you used to pre-order

Remember that there are different editions and bonuses.

• ICON Player Item is only included if you pre-ordered before August 26.

I didn't get anything

Until now I didn’t received my free icon pack from pre-order the game !! Clarification, please 

I bought the ultimate edition yesterday i recieved my 2000 fp and other things but i havent recieved my icon pack? Any help?
