Lost connection to opponent

I just bought the game and wanted to play then after a bit I started losing connection in all online games.

I've tried everything and my connection is fine I just keep getting kicked out and sometimes the game crashes with no errors.

Is this a problem on ea side or do I have a problem if you know how to fix it pls tell me
