FC 26 not working even work around a on ps4

It does not work on ps4 have already done:

-database repair;

-Ethernet connection;

-unistall and reinstall the game;

-PlayStation updated;

Done all the work around possible still load ing and loading but no access even to the home page of FC26.

Not possible we pay early access and we do not have it, we have to comment and let Ea Know as soon as possible with rewarda to compensate us
