I unplugged everything waited a few minutes,plugged everything back in,turned off,Ps5 turned it back on reconnected to my lan cable and it still doesn't work.

Thanks for trying. As a test, change your connection to use a mobile hotspot. Let me know if you can then connect. Again, this is just a test.

    Try using alternate DNS settings with the instructions here. If that doesn't help, use the web/companion app to delete your UT squads. Just the squads, not the players. Then, try loading into the various modes again.
