FC 26 PC: FPS drops to 3-5 after loading screen

Hello,

I'm experiencing a very specific performance issue in EA SPORTS FC 26 on PC (Steam).

PC Specs:

Ryzen 5 5600

GTX 1650 4GB

16 GB RAM

Windows 11 Pro 25H2

SSD

Xbox Controller (USB)

The issue:

The game launches normally and menus work perfectly.

The problem always happens during the green loading screen before entering a match.

When that loading screen appears:

- FPS instantly drops to 3-5 FPS.

- Audio continues normally.

- The game does not crash.

- It becomes permanently stuck at 3-5 FPS.

- Waiting several minutes does not fix it.

- Usually I have to restart the game.

This also happens in Ultimate Team, Rush and Rush Offline, so it is not related to internet connection.

I have already tried:

- Reinstalling the game.

- Verifying Steam files.

- Reinstalling EA Javelin AntiCheat.

- Updating NVIDIA drivers.

- Testing older NVIDIA drivers.

- Clean GPU driver installation.

- DX11 (-dx11).

- DX12.

- Lowest graphics settings.

- Highest graphics settings.

- Fullscreen, Borderless and Windowed.

- VSync On and Off.

- FPS limits.

- Disabling overlays.

- Clearing cache.

- TDR registry changes.

- Hardware Accelerated GPU Scheduling.

- Alt+Enter.

- Alt+Tab.

Nothing fixed the issue.

One interesting discovery:

While the game was stuck at 3-5 FPS, I launched another 3D game (Nomad Drive Demo). When I returned to FC 26, the FPS returned to normal, but my Xbox controller stopped working until I unplugged and plugged it back in. This only worked once.

I also found multiple players with RTX 4060, RTX 5070, RTX 5090 and Intel Arc B580 reporting the exact same problem after loading screens and cutscenes.

Is EA aware of this issue?
