i also feel same bro, after update i am unable to play because before update gameplay was so so fast and every passes used to go so fast and i know ea have nerfed tiki taka but my whole game feels so so slow in compare to before update. i dont know but i also feel delay like yours but ping and fps is super fine. i just dont know what it is and i am not enjoying this sluggish gameplay.
