Fc 26 regular shots not working

Hello I’m having an issue where whenever I play clubs, ultimate team or online friendlies and go take a regular shot on PlayStation the ball never lifts from the ground. Ive deleted the game and reinstalled, changed my settings to default but nothing works. I had no issue with the previous game nor the one before that, what do I do?
