FC 26 running very slow and laggy—performance issues.

Just loaded up the game and tried getting into a kickoff match. All settings on auto, vsync on (but I've tried off too). The game is just running incredible slow in matches. Unlike anything I've seen...

Hey I have a 9800x3d and a 5090
It is incredible that after doing all the tweaks I need to to every year on this game, this game is choppy and slow screen loads, why is this happening, fc 25 is loading fine
