FC 26 running very slow and laggy—performance issues.

Just loaded up the game and tried getting into a kickoff match. All settings on auto, vsync on (but I've tried off too). The game is just running incredible slow in matches. Unlike anything I've seen...

For me I need to turn on super resolution. So it wont run 4k but less in computing but render is still upgraded to 4k.
Every time when dropping 4k to full hd to get more FPS. It constant drop back to 4k when you look to it again
