I had the same problem where Rivals matches didn’t count or I got kicked even with a good connection.
I turned Cross-Play OFF in the settings and now everything works fine – no more disconnects and all matches count normally.
Try it, it really fixed it for me!
Nothing to do with crossplay this error currently exists in bf6 too its a total EA server problem
Hey, I can't even connect to the servers. My bandwidth is great, no buffers when I plav fc25, but my 26 is bad
