FC 26 Ultimate edition is not working

Hi, I bought the ultimate edition FC 26 and installed on my PS 4. However it failed to start, whenever I try it keeps on loading for ever. I updated the console  softwares , rebuild database , check...

This has been happening for a number of Playstation users in general not just the ones in North America that have had their own server issues. Has been happening to me since FC25 where an input as simple as checking a players price just has endless loading just like the screenshot. Followed the troubleshooting guide and nothing seems to resolve it. Making the game unplayable for us.

Please could this be looked into?
