FC 26 Ultimate Team won’t connect on PS5 after disconnect
Hello,
I have been unable to access Ultimate Team on EA SPORTS FC 26 on my PS5 for the last few days.
The issue started after I was disconnected from an Ultimate Team match. I then entered another match and closed the game while the match was active in an attempt to resolve the connection issue. Since then, every time I try to enter Ultimate Team, I receive the message:
“Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment.”
The game then returns me to the main menu.
I have already tried:
- Restarting my PS5.
- Restarting my router.
- Closing and reopening the game.
- Checking for game and PS5 system updates.
- Creating a new active squad through the Web App.
- Logging into my EA account on a different PS5.
The same error occurs on a different PS5, so the issue is not related to my console or internet connection.
I can still:
- Access my Ultimate Team club through the FC 26 Web App.
- Play other online modes such as Clubs without any issues.
This appears to be an issue with my Ultimate Team account or club rather than my hardware or network.
Could you please investigate my account and Ultimate Team club and help restore access to Ultimate Team on console?
