Fc 26 unplayable on pc

I’ve been buying the fifas/fc’s for the past 5 years on my ps5 and have had no issues except for uninstalling from rage, this year I decided I was going to buy it on pc since it was on discount to play some proclubs with friends, I run it up and everything is smooth but when I actually enter the game I’m on like 5 fps, and the thing is I know I can run it, my specs are listed below.
