Fc 26 webapp objectives not working

my friends objectives on PS5 works but I can't access on pc any help?

    Hey Wille2804​. Make sure to close your game sessions if you had your game opened recently. Try the following steps and let us know how that goes:

    1. Refresh the page a few times (Ctrl + R).
    2. Log out of your account, then log back in to help synchronize.
    3. Make sure you’re fully logged out of FC 25 or FC 26 before accessing the FC Hub.
    4. After logging out, wait at least 30 minutes before signing back in and checking again.
    5. Open the page using an incognito tab.

ty, I still have a issue with EA play, some of my friends bought it today. they don't have shown that they have access today. im scared that I don't have early access if I buy it.
