Unstable connection

Since Wednesday last week I have been getting connection unstable in every game. The game sits at around 40 ping and is unplayable with high packet loss. To fix this I have to log in and out of the game repeatedly and check the ping in the pre match lobby. After about 20 resets it will seem to then decide to put me back at my usual ping level of around 10 to 15ms for the rest of that session. However if I close the game and come back on it I then have to do the same resetting the game over and over. Is this an issue that others are having on PC?
