FC 26
To EA: I purchased FC 26, but when I tried to run it, it didn't work. I contacted EA support, and they told me to update my system to the latest version, but that didn't help. Please help me solve this problem. Thank you.

It's a common bug on PC but they aren't doing anything about it so you can just return the game if you still can
Is this problem only in FC26 version or in all previous versions?

I have spent 100s of dollars to not play at my favorite part of the year is sad

Hello, try putting your PC offline then uninstall and reinstall EA Javelin anti cheat from here https://help.ea.com/en/articles/platforms/pc-ea-anticheat/ then try to start the game first offline then online and check if it works, if it doesn't work you can try clearing the cache of the EA app, if it still doesn't work you can first make a backup of the EA SPORT 26 folder (located in C:\Users\your user\AppData\Local\EA SPORTS FC 26) then delete the original folder so as to force the game to recreate clean data from the last update.Also try installing the latest version of visual from here:https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/cpp/windows/latest-supported-vc-redist?view=msvc-170#latest-supported-redistributable-version
