Hello EA and chat i just got 2 redeem codes each for 2800 fc points, i redeemed them and everything was going smoothly and it said redeemed successfully but the points did not show on my account and it doesn’t even show on my purchase history, any idea how long will it take and what should i do?

Community ManagerMaybe this is a silly question, but could you double check that the points were for FC 26, and not FC 25? If you redeemed and play on the EA app, that's typically the most likely reason you didn't get your points.

You should be able to transfer the points from new fc25 to ea fc26. However I do believe this is only a one time option when you first launch the game…
classic ea. You may need to reach out to support for transfer support.
