Fc points not showing on my account

Question

Hello EA and chat i just got 2 redeem codes each for 2800 fc points, i redeemed them and everything was going smoothly and it said redeemed successfully but the points did not show on my account and it doesn’t even show on my purchase history, any idea how long will it take and what should i do?

So your codes are showing up as redeemed, but you didn't actually get anything? Just to check, where did you redeem your codes, and what platform do you play on?
