FC points were not awarded.

I pre-ordered the game, but as of today, I've only received 2000 FC points. The remaining 4000 FC points haven't been given to me. I've contacted EA support multiple times about this, but the situation remains the same. Has anyone experienced the same problem or knows a solution? Please help.
