game crashes when connecting to servers

Hi all,

this issue started about 2-3 weeks ago. I have not been able to play in this time and have had 0 response from reports to EA. EA help has been useless. My connection is perfect and I have ZERO issues with other games by other providers. 

If anyone knows what to do or if EA can actually offer assistance this is greatly appreciated as this is beyond a joke now
