Fc season/ seasons pass

A new season was introduced and I wasn’t able to claim everything that was in the seasons pass I paid for. I had enough “sp” to claim it but it wasn’t an option. Every other game where there’s a seasons pass and you meet requirements they will always give you everything in that seasons pass but of course fifa ea finds a way
