Fc26 - objectives are not working (ultimate team)

Good morning, Im long time player but decided to skip fc26 for launch.  The game was added to ps plus and there there is world cup so It was a nice opportunity to play some virtual football/soccer....

I have been having this issue for 3 days, despite posting here and contacting help multiple times, it has not been fixed and they haven't acknowledged it anywhere.
