Fc26 button lag on Xbox one

Lately I’ve been experiencing noticeable button lag in FC26. Players feel heavy, almost like they’re running through mud, and their first touches are sluggish. At first I thought it was just me, but even when I get good shots off, they’re either completely off target or always saved. Shooting feels nerfed compared to before.
