DNF penalties, YT rewards not received, and repeated disconnects

I have few ongoing issues:

  1. After linking my YT acc and completing the required eCL Final watch objective (more than the required duration), no any rewards received as of today.
  2. For 6 consecutive days, I have been experiencing repeated disconnects during any UT mode matches. In most cases, I am kicked back directly to the main menu (not UT menu), clearly indicating a server-side issue (messages : Connecting to UT is not possible at this moment etc.). Despite this, I continue to receive DNF warning messages and resulting in lost progress, objectives not counting, and unnecessary losses. 

This has made the game experience very frustrating instead of enjoyable, especially during my limited leisure time.

P/S: While I understand compensation is subject to internal policy, I would like to highlight that high-end promo cards such as Touré (96 OVR) or E. Hazard (96 OVR) would be a fair and highly appreciated form of goodwill compensation given the duration of the issue.

    Hey there. Thanks for reaching out. Sorry to hear about your connection issues. Have you tried the connection troubleshooting steps here? In many cases, a thorough power cycle of your equipment can help. that can be done with these instructions:

    1. Unplug your modem/router for 2 minutes
    2. Hard restart your console by holding down the power button until it turns off
    3. Power it all up and try playing again


    If none of these help, please run the Connection Quality Report and get me a screenshot of the overall score.

    Hello Aljo, I’ve already followed all connection troubleshooting steps given in your link before, fyi, I am always on Ethernet connection. As guided in your reply, I have power cycled my modem/router for 10 minutes and hard restarted my PC, and I am now attaching overall EA Connection Quality Report as per your request — after random scrolling, a Champ match last weekend shows a 77/100 score. Even though my overall connection scores are mostly 90+ (Great), the actual gameplay in FUT online mode is still consistently delayed & heavy. 

    In addition, I also experience occasional animation freezes during matches where players momentarily stop responding before resuming (approx. 20-30 seconds), and animation went extremely fast-forwarded, which further impacts gameplay consistency (super easy scoring opportunities for opponents).

    I also still have not received my EA-YouTube linked/eCL Final watch rewards after completing more than the required duration (around 2-3 hours), so I need a clear update on both the missing rewards and ongoing connection degradation.

     Compensation is requested. Thank you.

    I have attached the screenshots as per my previous reply? Please check. As of today, I have yet to receive any rewards related to my EA account/Youtube linked and watch eCL final rewards. What is the issue here, it's been more than a week since eCL Final!
