Their customer service is shocking. When will the issue be resolved and what compensation are you going to give us EA? People pay a lot of money to play your game, this is the thanks we get. Shameful

as of july 14 2026 - now (july 16) in clubs we are not matching even after multiple tries. in "drop in" it says your connection to your opponent was lost". this is happening 5, 6 or 7 times. Finally I'll quit and come back an hour or two later. may get lucky to run a game or two then the same issue happens. Clearly it's a server issue on the EA side. It would be much better customer service if they gave us updates and status on these issues. EA makes a fortune on FC 26. we all spend to upgrade our guy. I'd expect much better customer service!!

It doesn’t make any sense what other game can you name that the servers been down for a day and nothing is being done about it. How isn’t this problem fix yet. We pay 70 bucks for this game to just not work and for em to take this long to fix it. SMH.
