Pro Clubs Matchmaking/Friendlies
EA Sports has had a lingering issue with one of their most popular modes “Pro Clubs” on June 22nd they made a post claiming they were investigating reports that players were experiencing network/Ping issues in game regarding friendlies and attempted an update that further worsened the condition of the game. As of recent they have ignored the requests of customers claiming that the new restructured servers completely are broken and only are paying attention to simply the matchmaking issues at hand. The latest update has now even messed up regular clubs where you’re getting kicked at the end of the game randomly or you’re unable to even get a game.EA Forums is filled with people with this same issue that they are intentionally avoiding to acknowledge.
This is not an isolated issue. There are now hundreds of players on these forums reporting the exact same problem. Yet we keep being asked for our Player ID, country code, and the time the issue occurred. That might make sense for isolated cases, but when the same issue suddenly affects a large number of players immediately after an update, the problem is clearly not on the players' side.
It is more than obvious that something in the latest update was changed or broken, causing matchmaking in Pro Clubs to stop working properly. Instead of continuing to spend time collecting individual Player IDs, you should be focusing your resources on thoroughly investigating the update and identifying the actual cause of the issue.
You are a multi-billion-dollar company. It should be possible to analyze and fix a problem that affects so many players after an update in a timely manner. Pro Clubs has been practically unplayable for a large part of the community for days. We are no longer looking for excuses or copy-and-paste responses-we expect a clear statement on the issue and, more importantly, a prompt fix.EA_AljoEA_VendceraEA_Pulsar
