When I was playing a game the game crashed out to the Home Screen - Xbox.
this then counted as a 3-0 loss as if I had quit the game, I did not, please remove this from my record and credit me with the win as this will have an effect on my rewards this week.

I know how you operate and it’s just very poor customer service.
I have reset my Xbox but I don’t see what that will achieve.
There is nothing wrong with my console. No other game crashes so explain why yours would, if every other game installed or in the cloud works fine?!
I’ve just been playing Forza Motorsport 7 without issue, yet your game crashed, and yet you will do nothing to fix the issue except direct me to basic Microsoft troubleshooting and won’t do anything about the points I lost this week towards the rewards that I am entitled to.
Added to this I subscribe to the Premium pass on your game too so I have also missed on points towards those rewards.
As you seem unprepared to do anything about this yourself, please escalate this case.

That's fine, you can ignore me and continue to be frustrated by the situation but if you don't try to fix something like this the issue generally continues.

EA lying again to save face is not good enough.
my console is fine yet you continue to blame it, I cannot believe that you have recreated crashes on a buggy as hell game.
it crashes all the time, yet you fail to take responsibility, I expect compensation for this as I have said before.
i will posting this chat on social media so that everyone can see that you won’t take responsibility for your shoddy software nor provide proper customer service when people request help.
please provide a proper response and outcome to my situation.
Community ManagerKnow it's frustrating but crashing to dashboard TullyBlue82 is almost always hardware or console related.
If it was a bug with the game then we would be seeing huge increase in reports of it and while over the months there have been reports of crashing our team has not been able to recreate it and found in almost all cases it to be user side.
As such, we would ask that you start by going through Xbox's troubleshooting steps.

Why do I have to go to a Microsoft site there is nothing wrong with my console.
It was a bug in your code which caused the game to crash none of my other games do this.
therefore I want compensating for this.

If the game crashes like this or you lose connection and receive a loss then there would be nothing that we or anyone else can do to change this.
