I was able to solve this with,
1. Turn off internet
2. Open EA app offline
3. Delete config file in C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Local\EA SPORTS FC 26
4. Run FC 26
5. Create a new settings file, should get you to main menu
6. Now turn on Internet and connect to EA servers [open UT if you play UT, this will download the squad files]
7. Now quit game, this take you back to the EA app
Important!! if theres an error message "could not sync saved data to cloud" then launch the game again, this time it will sync the new files.
btw you have redo your controls and camera, etc., again, as this is a brand new settings file
My guess is that the issues started when my internet suddenly went off during a rival's match, and I quit the game this somehow corrupted local files and they got synced to the cloud when the internet came back, so each time I deleted the config files while being online, the game downloaded the corrupted files again when the game launched and crashed each time.
