Hi Darko, I’ve got a similar issue but it turns off my console which is an Xbox Series X. 

Platform: Xbox Series X 

Gamertag: POKECAM 360

Timestamp/ Timezone: 15:30, BST

Screenshot: N/A - can’t screenshot or record my console going off 

Game Area/ Feature/ Mode: Ultimate Team - Any Feature or mode. 

Summary of Issue: My Console will randomly shut down whilst playing FC26 but this has also happened on Battlefield 6 Beta. Both Ea games. Other games not EA branded have been completely fine. 

Potential Repro: Clear Cache, Clear PSU, Factory Reset whilst maintaining games and app, uninstall and install FC26 and Plugging Console into the wall, clean console and also allowed more ventilation into the Xbox Series X 

 

Really hope you can help any way or provide an update on the matter
