FC26 doesnt launch

Thanks for the WER file. Here's what I'd suggest.

• Disable Steam Overlay and EA In-Game Overlay completely, then retry the game. The WER file shows both Steam overlay and EA IGO were loaded when the launcher crashed.
• Close or uninstall Meta Quest Link/Meta Virtual Monitor for a test boot. Your DxDiag shows the Meta virtual display driver is active, and that kind of display injection is a common launcher-breaker.
• Quit Razer Synapse/Cortex and any overlay tools like RTSS, Discord overlay, GeForce overlay, Overwolf, etc. Your system has several Razer filter drivers loaded.
• Clear/reinstall the EA App and its cache, then launch EA App standalone first. Since the crash happens in EASteamLauncher.exe before the game starts, this is worth doing even if the game files are fine.

nothing works as usual. 

i reckon somethings wrong with the files in the game since everytime i repair the game EAAnticheat.GameServiceLauncher.dll, EAAnticheat.GameServiceLauncer.exe and preloader_l.dll are redownloaded.

Try launching the through the EA App directly instead of using Steam. Then, try the game with all virtual display/audio devices removed. 

Also, is you can get one more WER from after disabling the Steam overlay and Meta/Razer, that may help.

i've been trying through the ea app, and even turning off every virtual device doesnt work.

i cant send you a recent WER because my computer doesnt let me open the folders containing them.

this is the most recent one i can access and it is already a few hours old so i dont know if i had disabled the steam overlay and meta/razer stuff.

Thanks. Try a Clean boot of Windows next. Disable every non-Microsoft startup service. Especially these:

• Razer
• Nahimic
• MSI
• RGB software
• Logitech
• ASUS Armoury
• Corsair iCue
  
  

If it starts up, you can re-enable these one at a time to find out which is causing the crash.

you can prolly guess what happened, still easteamlauncher is crashing.

• Uninstall the EA App
• Delete these folders if you still see them:
  • C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\EA Desktop
  • C:\ProgramData\Electronic Arts
  • %LocalAppData%\Electronic Arts
  • %AppData%\Electronic Arts
• Open Services and verify EA Background Service is gone. If it remains, uninstall it.
• Reboot.
• Download the EA App again and install it
• Launch the EA App once by itself before opening Steam.

Uninstall the EA App.

Then, delete these:

• C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\EA Desktop
• C:\ProgramData\Electronic Arts
• %LocalAppData%\Electronic Arts
• %AppData%\Electronic Arts

Restart your PC and install the EA App again. Sign in and verify the app works before opening Steam. Let me know if you can open the app and brows your library. Can you click on FC 26 or does it crash?

app works perfectly, the EAsteamlauncher crash only happnes after the anticheat splashscreen says launching game.

1. Disable Steam Overlay and the EA App In-Game Overlay
2. Close Meta Quest/Oculus software. Also, remove the Meta Virtual Monitor. Reboot and try playing again.
3. Temporarily uninstall Razer Synapse/Cortex and any other overlay tools/hooks.
4. Open only Steam and try launching FC 26 with no other software running. 

Let me know what happens.

Thank you. Do you happen to have a non-Steam, EA App game installed? I'd like you to try launching another one of our games through the EA App and see if it crashes.

Also, check the Windows Reliability Monitor. Open Control Panel > Security and Maintenance > Reliability Monitor. Click on the EABackgroundService.exe failure.

I'd like to see the EA App logs as well. Those should be under %LocalAppData%\Electronic Arts\EA Desktop\Logs or C:\ProgramData\Electronic Arts\EA Desktop\Logs. Can you upload the EABackgroundService.log and EADesktop.log files?
