I'm constantly experiencing stuttering and lag in FC26 online or any other match. Even after deleting and rewriting the settings, the problem persists.
My PC Specifications:
Intel(R) i9-10850K CPU @ 3.60GHz (3.60 GHz)
32.0 GB RAM
Windows 11 Pro
Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060
Storage: SSD
so what i need do to settle this long issue ?

I have the same issue since last year that I have purchsed the game, FC 25 runs well and smooth. I have tried reinstlling my graphics driver and repaired game.. Problem still persists. If you need any info pls let me know

i have follow all your suggestion, and the problem still remain. lagging and fps drop on second half. please fix it. it really waste time and money since launching this issue not be solved

If the issue continues please make a new Windows Admin account and try there.
