FC26 gameplay is like its on slow motion

I have tried various optimization tricks from content creators. I also tried lowering all of my graphics and display settings to the possible lowest. None of them seemed to work. Game runs like its on slow motion and when i try to play rivals i lose control of the game entirely (my inputs from the controller do not go into the game). This does not affect only the ultimate team mode. I have the same problem in online and offline game modes. I believe that my system has more than enough resources to run the game easily in low graphics settings (I7 11800H and 3060 Laptop GPU).
