FC26 keeps crashing after a black screen on my pc

I’m having a serious issue with EA SPORTS FC 26 on my PC. The game starts normally and all the initial notifications/screens appear, but when it reaches the actual game screen, it stays completely black for around 6–7 seconds and then crashes and closes by itself.
I’ve already tried pretty much everything I could find to fix it. I updated Windows, repaired Windows, reinstalled Steam and the EA app, completely reinstalled FC 26 three times, verified the game files, reinstalled DirectX, updated my GPU drivers, and tried several other troubleshooting methods. Unfortunately, nothing has worked and the exact same crash keeps happening.
What’s frustrating is that the game doesn’t even give me a proper error message. It just shows a black screen for a few seconds and then closes.

Are you reaching the screen to load up the Personal Settings file at the start of the game?

If the crash happens after you load it, please delete it instead and continue.

You won't lose your UT progress doing this, but you will lose your Skill Game progress and your custom controller layout. 

If the crashes persist, are you playing on Steam and using Mods by any chance? If you are, please remove them.

No, I don't get the Personal Settings screen at all. The game just gets stuck on a black screen, and then it crashes. I'm not using any mods either.

Could you please let me know what else I can try to fix this issue?

Lot of errors there related to your Windows account vertifex29​ 

Can you try making a new Windows Admin account and launching the game there to see what happens.

I also tried launching FC 26 from a new windows Administrator account, but unfortunately, the issue still persists. I am attaching the new DxDiag file from the new Windows account as well.
