Fc26 latency and high ping Xbox series x any fix ?

Is everyone getting a lot higher ping or latency for the past two months ? I play on Xbox series x, I used to get 24ms or below but now it’s above 34 ms. Basically playing online is unplayable. I’m thinking EA need to compensate or give us are money back. The game has way too many issues that are not being resolved. Let me know if anyone knows of a fix? No it’s not my internet.
