FC26 not running well on PC

My system is based on 

• CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800X (8 cores, 16 threads)
• GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070
• RAM: 32 GB

I’m not able to reach good fps. When I open task manager I see a big bottleneck on my cpu/gpu. I’m not sure how to resolve this. Game is being played in slow motion. I’ve already forced to run the game on my gpu in pc settings (graphics) and I’ve set my game graphics to low on every option.
