FC26 on new hardware ignores -dx11 → Severe input lag

Hi FC community,

I’m running EA SPORTS FC 26 on a high‑end PC (Ryzen 9 7950X + RTX 4070Ti Super, 180Hz monitor).
I tried forcing DirectX 11 with the launch parameter -dx11 in the EA app, but the game completely ignores this parameter — it always starts in DirectX 12. It worked before the last patch.

With DX11, the game had almost zero input lag, but now with DX12 I experience significant input lag, even though FPS are stable and G‑Sync/driver settings are optimal. Everything else runs fine.

Is anyone else on modern hardware seeing the same?
Was DX11 intentionally disabled by EA?
Can we get an option again to force DX11 — for competitive fairness?
