Fc26 Pc computer freezes

About 15 days ago, I pre-ordered FC26 from Epic Games, and I've been experiencing serious problems since downloading it. Although my computer's specifications are more than sufficient to run the game, I can't even play a match. As soon as I start a match, the game constantly freezes, I can't access my computer, and I have to reset it. I don't experience this problem with any other game.
