FC26 PC Random stuttering/lag after 1 match

Hi, so the problem i have is very, very weird. At first i downloaded the EAFC26, and headed to the graphics settings as i opened the game. Now the first thing was, it didnt allow me to change the resolution from 1920x. I changed it, and when i looked at it again it was 1920 again. This wasnt much of a problem, i restarted the game, i played one match (or even just a half time), the graphics was nice, no laggs, it was smooth. Randomly, after the match, or the half time, everything started to lag, even being in the menu. Then i looked at the graphics settings, and everything was on high, but i made it custom. I thought maybe it always resets, or overrite my things, i changed everything to medium, and even after that, a match went down, and everything happened the same. It looks as if the game is changing its own graphics settings after a match or a halftime, but I cant say that, beacuse in the settings, everything looks like i saved it (medium), but one time like 60 fps, and then like 20. My pc (actually a laptop) have good specifications, that shouldnt be a problem. I tried everything, but now i ran out of options, so I would be so glad, if someone could help me with an idea. Thanks
