FC26 Slow-Motion Gameplay Issue (and GPU %100 usage)

I'm experiencing FPS issue while playing FC26 normally. I enter the game, start the match (kick-off), and after a while (sometimes about 10 or 30 minutes), I encounter a problem shown in the attached video. The in-match gameplay suddenly slows down. I'm forced to play the game in slow motion. My system requirements are suitable for playing FC26. If you wish, I can explain and provide you with all the details, or send you any files you want. When I pause the match, the menu screen is okay, no problem. But when I returned the game the issue continues. Also, I checked gpu, it is working %100. That is a problem too. It is stuck at 100percent.

In addition, sometimes the game runs at 5 fps. When it happens, the menu screen is also instable, it shows 5 fps also.
