Fc26 so laggy and I can’t even play more than 10 matches in Rivals.

My Pc is i5 13400F, 16GB Ram, 4060Ti , 240Hz monitor. My Internet speed is 40 mbs. 
In rivals , game is moving like a little delay in plainly such as passing / dribbling / scoring . Is there anything I can fix in setting ? I bought fc 26 since 2025 October. I can’t even play more than 10 match’s in rivals.
