FC26 will not launch

Hi, I purchased FC26 and had several issues launching, I found it was likely because my motherboard did not support secure boot / tpm, so I've brought a new board, and enabled both.

I've tried clean boot, I've closed all programs, overlays etc, checked my drivers, I've ran app recovery, cleared cache etc.. 

The furthest I have got is fc26 has opened, it gets to "Compiling Shaders", about 10 seconds later it closes itself and re opens the EA software.
