FC26 won't launch — Javelin blocks "Interception" (Error 84)

I'm getting this error every time I try to launch FC26:

"This software cannot be used at the same time as the game. Please make sure it's not running, or restart your PC. (84): Interception"

I've done extensive troubleshooting and ruled out every local cause:

Checked Device Manager fully (Keyboards, Mice, System devices, Software components) — no Interception or remapping driver entries found

Searched C:\Windows\System32\drivers and SysWOW64\drivers for interception.sys — not found

Ran driverquery /v | findstr /i interception in admin Command Prompt — returns nothing

Checked all installed programs — no remapping/macro software found

Uninstalled UltraViewer (remote access software) as a precaution — no change

Fully uninstalled and reinstalled the entire game

Found the EA Anti-Cheat Windows service was missing entirely after reinstall (error 1060) — manually ran EAAntiCheat.Installer.exe as admin, which fixed the missing service

After that fix, the anticheat loads properly but still throws this same "Interception" Security Violation (error 84)

TPM confirmed as 2.0

Restarted PC multiple times throughout

Since there's no actual Interception driver or software present anywhere on my system (confirmed via three separate methods), this looks like a false positive in Javelin's detection. Has anyone else hit this, or is there a known fix?

System: Windows, Acer laptop, Intel CPU, TPM 2.0
