Festival of football Gauntlet 3

I have already restarted the game and checked both the Store and My Packs section multiple times, but the reward is still missing.

Please reward the missing items to my account, this has taken alot of my time up playing extra games and having to raise the concern.

I would also appreciate some compensation packs due to the stress this has caused me .

Hi there, sorry for the trouble caused.

Earlier today, the Festival of Football Gauntlet 3 Objectives were not released at their intended time. These Objectives have now been released.

The number of available attempts for the Festival of Football Gauntlet 3 has been increased to 16 attempts per day for the rest of the week.

Hi there, sorry for the trouble caused.

Earlier today, the Festival of Football Gauntlet 3 Objectives were not released at their intended time. These Objectives have now been released.

The number of available attempts for the Festival of Football Gauntlet 3 has been increased to 16 attempts per day for the rest of the week.

Same problem for me. I have tried to reset xbox. Played multiple more games and it both objectives (Double Perfect) & (Score in 12) are bugged. No matter how many games I play or how many goals i score it simply wont change. I have won the tournament 3 times. What a waste of time and effort. How can these problems be happening. EVERYONE EFFECTED SHOULD BE COMPENSATED!!!. SAME EA AGAIN. ALL ABOUT MAKING MONEY AND WASTING PEOPLES TIME. LoL

Hello EA Support,
I am playing on PC and I completed the “Perfect Round” objective in Festival of Football (FoF) Gauntlet 3 on 14/07/2026 at approximately 4:40 PM (local time). According to the objective, I should have received the 5x 90+ Players Pack reward, but the pack was never granted to my account.
I have already restarted the game and checked both the Store and My Packs section multiple times, but the reward is still missing.
